How long will it take for my traffic to start?
All campaigns will start within 24 hours. We aim to start our traffic campaigns faster than the scheduled time frame.
Your stats show that you sent 4300 visitors to my site. My stats show that I received only 1989 visitors.
Our system is constructed such that we cannot possibly count a visitor who was not actually redirected to your URL. However, there are a variety of reasons why a visitor might be sent from our servers but not recorded by your counting system. This doesn’t typically mean that anything is “wrong” with your counting system. Countless reasons can cause miss counts example: your server is rejecting the visitor, the visitor is behind a proxy, etc.
What we need from to determine the problem is reference to your raw server logs. Please forward it sales@cmkmarketing.com. We will be happy to investigate the matter to the fullest. We would like you to note that we “require” raw access logs and nothing else in substitute to investigate the matter. Summary statistical data is not generally useful, nor is data from 3rd party statistical systems ( example google analytics)
CMKmarketing has no interest in counting visitors that weren’t redirected. Even if we were so inclined, there is no incentive to engage in such practices as the majority of customers independently verify our stats. Our current customers recognize the quality of our traffic and our count is accurate and honest. As such, we receive very few inquiries regarding miscounts. In the overwhelming majority of these cases (indeed in all cases that I am personally aware of), we have been able to resolve the matter to the satisfaction of the customer when given reference to the necessary information.
